  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

     

    You have up to 7 Days after your booking to cancel or exchange dates if applicable, anytime after this your booking fee is non refundable, and dates not amendable.

     

    Once we receive your cancelation, a refund is initiated. If you canceled a bought item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

     

    If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

    ORDERS

    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Once you have placed your order on the Site, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order is a second confirmation email mentioning it is or invoice confirmation.

     

    We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

     

    PAYMENT

    We accept Payments via PayPal and Stripe and refunds can be done via Paypal, however not Stripe.

     

    DAMAGE AND LOSS

    If there are any garments, accesories or pieces that are provided which have been damaged by the client, or client attendees, the client will be held responsible and will be charged to client to be cleared within 3 working days.
